As a licensed marriage and family therapist associate, I practice under the direction of Dr. Charity Eames LPC-S, MFT-S. I have experience working with families, couples, adolescents, and individuals. My focus is working with depression, generalized anxiety, self-harm, marital or relationship issues, and abuse. I have certification in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Functional Family Therapy (FFT), and Brief Strategic Family Therapy (BSFT). I however am not limited to specific models and will use techniques that are tailored to your needs and goals. We will come up with a treatment plan together as you are the expert in your life.
