Hey hey hey! I’m proud of you for making the decision to seek help and support for the things you’ve been struggling with. As cliché as it sounds, the first step of any journey really is the hardest and you’ve made it.

I’m a queer therapist (they/them pronouns) who thrives on being different/weird, or as I like to think of it, authentic. My approach to therapy is that everyone is doing the best they can with what they have been given, so my goal as a therapist is to walk alongside you and provide the support and tools to help you meet your goals. As a nerd with a love of anime and memes, it’s always a good day when I can incorporate pop culture into therapy and coping skills.

I have a background in treating children, adolescents, adults, and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I have spent a majority of my career working directly with abuse/neglect survivors and their supportive family members. I specialize in depression, suicidal thoughts, and non-suicidal self-harm. I am a trauma informed therapist with specific training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trust-Based Relational Intervention; however, I like to use skills and theories from multiple types of therapy.

With drive and motivation on both sides, there is a billion percent chance we could make great strides on your journey to meet your goals. Plus Ultra!
